The good news is I have some kind of data, that should stand up to a 15 minute conference talk that also includes other data...The bad news is that the full data set isn't going to be good enough for my eventual publication and Thesis chapters on this experiment and I am going to have to redo all the microarrays I just worked so hard to do (once a little more troubleshooting gets done).
Five days.....
